Dual Monitor?

Windows XP MCE2005 SP3
I have a dual monitor setup and the thumbnails work perfectly on the primary monitor but when I alt-tab to any software on the secondary monitor no preview shows.

Dual monitor support was added a while ago, and was working... I'm wondering if this is just a XP SP3 issue... We've been having a few =(

In anyone else out there could let me know... I think that MS broke a lot of things with SP3, and I don't have a copy to test.
